·Diagnosis of early acute dengue infection to detect dengue NS1 antigen

·Dengue NS1 antigen can be detected from the 1 day after onset of fever

·Sensitivity – 92.4%, Specificity 98.4%

·Specimen : Serum, plasma or whole blood (100μl)

·Test result : 15~20 minutes
